Event Venue and Technical Equipment

BT 1 Event offers premises both for large and small conferences, seminars and other events at the Exhibition Centre in Ķīpsala in the centre of Riga. There is a free spacious car park by the Exhibition Centre.

We ensure the necessary technical and other equipment, sound and lighting, etc. In cooperation with our partners, we can provide simultaneous or consecutive interpreting, event moderators, and photography or video services.

Full Organisational Cycle

We offer a full organisational cycle for conferences and seminars: we will develop the content according to your needs, outsource lecturers, plan and ensure the organisational aspect of the event, create the visual identity of the event, develop and prepare materials, and ensure communication with the participants.

Catering

We will include coffee breaks in your event, ensuring quick and quality service. We offer both coffee breaks and lunch and dinner menus for the participants of seminars and conferences. Our cooperation partner Expo Cafe is ready to tailor the menu to your wishes, needs and budget.

Expo Cafe has extensive experience in the catering business, having catered banquets for as many as 5000 guests.

Sports Games

We offer everything you might need for your company’s sports games: the venue, on-site catering, sports activities, entertainment programme, evening celebrations, etc.

BT 1 Event will organise sports games according to your wishes and your company’s values, culture and staff. We offer various event themes to make your sports games especially fun and exciting.

Sports games can be combined with various creative activities and workshops: dance, circus, theatre, cooking, film, etc. If you have a lot of employees or have invited their families, workshops, studios and individual sports will be great activities both for participants and their supporters. BT 1 Event will accommodate your wishes and budget no matter if it is an evening event for a small group of people or a large-scale event for a big company. Only we can welcome up to 6500 guests for your corporate event!
